With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul O. Sawmiller (Oregon, Ohio), born in Mendon, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Osmond F. Sawmiller and Nora Sawmiller (Roberts); his spouse Ruth Coon; and his siblings, Quatoria, Martha, Pearl, Vivian, Nancy, Hortense, Archie, Jr. and Orville.
He is survived by: his children, Curt Sawmiller (Kim) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Kevin Sawmiller (Steffanie) of Curtice and Karen Sawmiller of Oregon; his grandchildren, Kelly, Kristi, Sam and Erika; and his sisters, Wilma Young of Celina, OH and Ethel Mominee of Toledo.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials for Paul to go to Christ United Methodist Church, 5757 Starr Ave., Oregon, OH 43616; or the Oregon Senior Center, 4350 Navarre Ave., Oregon, OH 43616.
