He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl; his daughter-in-law Dianne Quinlan; and his sisters, Geraldine Brown, Glenna Harmeyer and Sally Heber.
He is survived by: his children, Peter W. Quinlan IV (Ellen), Pam Kadlick (Douglas), Patrick Quinlan (Ellen), Phyllis Ello (John), Phillip Quinlan (Molly), Patricia Henzler (Phillip), Paul Quinlan (Jacquelyn) and Preston Quinlan (JoAnn); his sister Jane Bialecki (Alvin); and his brother-in-law William Heber. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
