He was predeceased by: his father James Sparks Sr.; and his sister Jeanette Marsh (Ricky). He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Sparks (Fogle); his siblings, Laura Sparks, James Sparks Jr. (Vicky), Mark Sparks (Roberta) and Donna Walker (Steven); his uncle Jerry Fogle; and his aunt Debbie Auxier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
