He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Daniel and Dora Daniel (Skaggs); and his siblings, Melda, Harold and Namon.
He is survived by: his wife Edith; his daughters, Debe Maddox (Roger), Carmella Birr Sr. (Jeff) and Janice Phillips (Donald); his grandchildren, Misty (Ben), Abby (Troy), Will, Jeffrey Jr. (Amanda), Alicia (Chris) and Sarah; and his sister Polly Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
