He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Boehmer and Lillian Boehmer (Gamm); his wife Gayle (Derks); and his siblings, Bud, Fred Boehmer, Betty Danowski and Ruth Heekin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynne Boehmer, Laura Amundsen (Glen), Teresa Weaver (Rob) and Monica Kerner (Dan); his grandchildren, Brooks Clayton (Diana), Ryan Clayton, Nick Robertson (Dana), Lily Boehmer, Derek Kerner and Erin Kerner; his sister Barbara Boehmer; and his sister-in-law Anita Derks Schneider. He is also survived by his daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren.
