He was predeceased by: his stepson Cody Muennich. He is survived by: his parents, Ellis Amburgy and Joan Amburgy; his wife Carol Amburgy; his sons, Derek Gilbert and Ben Muennich; and his siblings, Brent Amburgy, Keith Amburgy (Vicki) and Kathy Butcher (Randy). He is also survived by many other family members, friends.
