With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arbutus Dobbins of Orrville, Ohio, born in Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Marshall and Pearl Marshall (Napier); and her sons, Paul Glen Dobbins and Johnny Franklin Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her sons, Richard Adkins of Wooster and Neil Dobbins (Jennifer) of Orrville; and her daughter-in-law Carol S. Adkins of Orrville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight siblings.
