He was predeceased by : his parents, Betty Vining and Lloyd Vining (Junior); his sister Donna Thrush; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Thrush and Daniel Frey.
He is survived by : his siblings, Jerry Vining (Cindy), Neil Vining (Tami) and Luanne "Nan" Frey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
