Haley Jo Siebeneck Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Haley Jo Siebeneck (Kalida, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Paul Fager. She is survived by: her parents, Aaron and Kelly Siebeneck (Fager); her sister Molly; her grandparents, Sue Ann Fager of Wauseon and Gary Siebeneck (Sharon) of Kalida, Ohio; and her aunts and uncles, Justin Fager (Krista), Lindsay Fager, Brad Siebeneck (Megan) and Sara Siebeneck.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (Broad St, Kalida, OH 45853). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
