He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Pieh and Stella Pieh; his wife Pat (Fritz); and his siblings, Jim and Kathryn Viers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Prange (Mark) and Debbie LaRoy (Steve); his grandchildren, Matthew Prange (Kayleigh), Megan Eckel (Kyle), Luke LaRoy (Lee), Abby Flack (Austin), Gabe LaRoy (Bailey) and Zack LaRoy (Jessica); and his sister-in-law Rose Pieh. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those wishing to give memorials, in lieu of flowers, are asked to consider The Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 2820 W. Alexis Rd., Toledo, Ohio 43613, where Jack was a member for over 50 years and considered "everyone family".
