Keipper and Martha Keipper (Schilling); his wife Gladys Peters; his children, Amber of Van Wert, Robert (Grace) of Van Wert and Erica Keipper of Van Wert; and his siblings, Mary Shelton (Rick) of Columbus, IN, Vanessa Shaver (Mike) of Logansport, IN, Susie Emrick (Tim) of Van Wert, Laura Mason of Logansport, IN and Edward Keipper (Lisa) of Rockford, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
