She is survived by : her children, Charles Rawlins of Bidwell, Ohio, Gary Rawlins (Evelyn), Steve Rawlins (Robin) of Patriot, Ohio, Jim Burnett (Cheri) of Sunbury, Ohio, Tim Burnett (Jackie) of Oak Hill, Ohio, Harvey Burnett and Lori Burnett (Steve Cemini); her siblings, Woodrow Russell (Velma), Butch Russell (Lesa) of Wellston, Ohio, Larry Russell (Marlene) of Proctorville, Ohio, Ted Russell (Mildred) of Morgan Center, Ohio and Terry Russell of Morgan Center, Ohio; her son-in-law Bob Wintz; and her brother-in-law Paul Hersman. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
