With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Priscilla Miller (Patriot, Ohio), born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Francis and Stella DeLeat Francis; her husband Harold Miller; and her siblings, Paul Francis, Alfreda Francis, Norman Francis, Orville Francis and Annetta Francis.
She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Langsten of Piqua, Deborah Racer (Bob) of Gallipolis, Donald R. Miller (Robin) of Patriot, Martin L. Miller of Patriot, Norman H. Miller of Clearwater and Crystal Sheets (Steven) of Patriot, Ohio; and her brother Richard Francis. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
