He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Shade E. Blair and Maggie "Ruth" Blair (Thompson); his son James England of Defiance, OH; and his siblings, Doug "Gene" Blair (Rena) of Cecil, OH, Dave Blair (Joy) of Cecil, OH, Kenny Blair (Lee Ann) of Hicksville, OH., Watson Dale Blair, Jeff Blair and Julie Lauber.
