He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Kelley and Rachel Kelley (Owens); and his siblings, Daisy J. Stamper, Gary, Roger and Danny Kelley.
He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Kelley (Kidd); his sons, Kevin Kelley (Melanie) of Catlettsburg, KY and Jim Kelley (Brandi) of Pedro; his grandsons, Seth Kelley, Jacob Kelley, Joshua Kelley and Kaleb Kelley; his stepgrandchildren, Cortni Riggs and Allison Clay (Nick); and his grandchildren, Brinley and Noah Wireman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
