We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2020, at the age of 67, Fred Penwell Jr. (Pedro, Ohio), born in Fayette County, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Penwell and Mary Crouch Penwell; his brother Marvin Penwell; and his stepson John Bailey. He is survived by : his close friend Rebecca Bailey; his son Travis Dean Penwell; his siblings, Barbara Schiller (Jeff), Steve Penwell and Jeff Penwell (Jenny); and also, Dave Brown (Monica), Steve Hackworth (Danielle), Scott Hackworth (Ruth) and Peggy Bruce (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
