It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lowe of Peebles, Ohio, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayse Lowe Sr. and Virginia Stacey Lowe of Pike County, KY.; his siblings, David, Paul, Irvine, Hayse Jr., Joseph and Nancy Luth; his son Willard Dean Lowe; and his brothers, Keith (Debbie), Danny (Angie) and Denver (Jamie Glisson).
He is survived by: his son Charles Lowe; and his sisters, Carolyn J. Wallace, Lisa Smith and Melody Pennisten. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
