He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Steensen and Huldah Steensen (Shafer). He is survived by: his wife Lois Goeckerman; his children, Lori Nagle (Mike), Kathy L. Golden (Steven) of Hudson, OH and Michael Steensen (Guinevere) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Emma, Ryan Golden, Aden, Elias and Oliver Steensen; and his sister Virginia Whiteman (Galen) of Millbury.
Social distancing will be observed and masks required.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Zion Lutheran Church, or The American Heart Association.
