We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2021, at the age of 80, Duane A. Smith of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Kinsman, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Smith and Betty Smith; his brother Gaylord Smith; and his sibling's children, Joey Dudley and Gabby Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Smith; his sons, Grant Smith and Dwight Smith (Danielle); his stepchildren, Brian LaMee (Angie) and Amanda Seibert (Jamie); his siblings, Keith Smith (Jan), Clyde Smith (Mary), Cedelia Longley (Frank), Elaine Podlogar (Tony) and Margie Smith; his grandchildren, Erica Mielcarek (Josh), Elena Smith, Caden Smith and Grayson Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Katie LaMee, Brynna Gaines, Brady Gaines, Ben Seibert and Nicholas Seibert; and his great grandchildren, Carter Mielcarek, Mila Mielcarek and Hazel Mielcarek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
