We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2020, at the age of 91, Jane Marie Schramm of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Konczal and Hattie Konczal (Fialkowski); her husband James; and her daughter Kimberly Kuhlman. She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Kathryn Schramm (Timothy Lehman) and Annmarie Schramm; and her grandchildren, Dr. Eric Kuhlman (Raquel Litherland) and Nicole Lehman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
