She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph F. and Lula F. Cowen (McClure); her brother Barry Cowen; her sister-in-law Ruth Toms Cowen; and her nephew Max Graham.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Janice Cowen of Ashtabula; and her nieces, Deb Schaffer (Ted) of Loudonville, Cammie Workman (Fred), Julie Rooks (Bob), Gayle Dawson (Robbie) of Howard, Lisa Pugliese (Rick) of Ashtabula, Larry Schaffer, Jason Workman, Alyson Baker (Doug), Matthew Rooks (Lakshmi), Mitchell Rooks, Andy Rettig, Jennie Pugliese and Ralphie Pugliese.
