We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2022, at the age of 80, Harold Powell Jr. of Petersburg, Ohio, born in East Palestine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Powell and Edith Powell Sr. (Weaver). He is survived by : his wife Judy Powell (Peres); his sons, H. Michael Powell (Vic) of East Palestine, Mark Powell of New Waterford and Mathew Powell (Catina) of Petersburg; his grandchildren, Aaron, Carter Powell and Liz Crosby (Cameron); his siblings, Carolyn Yauman of New Springfield and Donald Powell (Colleen) of Youngstown; and his aunt Carol Smith (Harvey) of New Waterford.
