He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Sawhill and L. Elaine Sawhill (Coon); and his siblings, Esta Mae, Herb, Janie and Kathy.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra Lee Sawhill (Beckwith); his children, Jeffrey Rudrick (Kimberly) of Austintown, Deborah Trumpower (Chris), Carolina, Christine Snair (Jeffery) of Leetonia, LaVonne Allison, Waterford, Jay Sawhill of Petersburg, Joy Bistarkey (John) of Leetonia, Jody Sawhill (Wayne) of New Springfield, Patrick Sawhill (Katrina) and William Sawhill (Caroline) of East Palestine; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Sawhill of Washington State and Robin Rinehart of Montana. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren and thirty-four great grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews.
