He was predeceased by : his parents, Harley C. Mayle and Francis I. Mayle (Croston); his siblings, Julia A. Mayle, Roberta "June" Jones, Thomas R. Mayle and Elbert H. Mayle; and his grandson Timothy R. Mayle.

He is survived by : his wife Vicki L. Mayle; his children, Jennifer Jackson, Jessica McLendon (Nick), Brittany May and Timothy "Ryan" Mayle; his siblings, Beverly Borges, Lewis Mayle (Pam) and Victor Mayle (Teresa); his grandchildren, Tre, Olivia, Lamia, Timia, Thomas, Mier, Timmara, Taylor, Megan, Molly and Ta'vean; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, King and Timothy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
