He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore "Sam" and Lillian DiCioccio (Dennis). He is survived by: his wife Marilynn DiCioccio; his children, Jeannie Wing (Kenny) and Mark DiCioccio (Ashleigh); his grandchildren, Rylee, Lucas, Chloe, Cadance and Quinn; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Van Kirk, Nancy Van Kirk and Fred Van Kirk.

In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Mt. Carmel Hospice in John's memory.
