She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Middendorf Jr.; and her parents, Louis Whitacre and Dorothy Whitacre. She is survived by: her children, Amy Brafford (Terry), Robert Middendorf III (Kelli), LuAnne Hammond (Rob) and Charlie Middendorf (Christy); her grandchildren, Benjamin (Olivia), Elizabeth (Drew), Dylan, Keaton, Sydney, Chaz, Logan, Kasey, Colten, Carson, Zac and Callan; her stepgrandchildren, Dustin, Bryan and Teryn; her great grandchild Jack; and her siblings, Mary Beth Macioce (Val), John Whitacre and Thomas Whitacre (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
