He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Bush and Ruth Bush; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bush; his daughter Amy Bush; his grandchildren, Trace Bush, Krista (Todd), Melissa (Matt) and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn and Blakely.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in his name to the Life Care Alliance (Meals on Wheels) and Lower Lights Ministry.
