He was predeceased by: his father Orlan Harper. He is survived by: his mother Carol Keaton Harper of Ironton; his wife Wendy Harper (Salisbury); his children, TJ Harper (Tierany) of Jackson and Taylor Ayers (Joshua) of Russellville, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Rylee and Axel Harper; his mother-in-law Frances Salisbury; and his brother Brad Harper. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that money be donated to The Jeff Harper Memorial Fund at the Pike County CTC at 175 Beaver Creek Road Piketon, Ohio 45661.
