He is survived by: his children, Pam Tolliver-Penwell (Doug), Karen Tolliver-Gregory and John Tolliver (Melissa); his stepchildren, Teresa Hart-Horsley (George) and John Hart (Joanne); his sister Wanda Parker (Ray); his nephew Brandon Moore; his grandchildren, Kelley Penwell (Heather), Amanda Elliott (Ricky), Britton Penwell (Christina), Levi Tolliver, Dirk Chaney-Zimmerman (Rebecca), Andrew, Jacob, Nick Osburn (Brandy), Zach Lewis (Mattie), Josh Lewis, Aaron Lewis (Brittany), Brandon Horsley (Nicole) and John Abner; and his great grandchildren, Koleton (Kallie), Briar, Brantlee, Audrina, Atleigh, Ezra Penwell, Ashlyn, Aubree Elliott, Shaelynn Tolliver, Addison Osburn, Chloe, Peyton Osburn, Kendall Tolliver, Claire Chaney-Zimmerman, Gracie Jo Horsley, Bentley, Bailey Love, Mark, Ben, Caroline Lewis and Riley Swain.
