Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690).
