She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Blankenship and Emma Blankenship (Thompson); her husbands, Larry Smith, Marvin Herron and Carson Fitch; and her siblings, Ila Cisco, Opal Thacker, Estalene Jones, Billy Ray Blankenship, J. P. Blankenship and Betty Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Warren (Larry) of Piqua and Tim Herron (Karen) of Piqua; her granddaughter Abigail Blackshire; her stepdaughter Carla Creager (Kenny) of Piqua; her grandchildren, Greg Highley (Raini), Christopher Highley, Amber Weigel (Joe), Victoria Highley, Erica Herron, Timothy Herron Jr. and Kenny Ray Creager, II; and her sisters, Ruth Estep of Meador, Tina Clemons (Gene) of Pikeville and Judy Kennedy (Ray) of Meador. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
