He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Fisher and Virginia M. Fisher (Emrick); and his brothers, Patrick, Norman and Mike Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fisher (Stanfield); his son Chad Cremeens (Tiffany) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Andrew, Hailey and Kylee Cremeens; and his siblings, Colleen Curry, Donald Fisher and Ronald Fisher (Cheryl). He is also survived by his best friend and right hand man, his dog Bear; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
