He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Straker and Mary Straker (Bauer). He is survived by: his sister Harriett Hartley of Piqua; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Staudt (Joseph) of Williamstown and Mary Grisez (late James) of Willowdell; his sibling's children, Jed Grisez (Lisa), Jeff Staudt (Paula), John Hartley Jr. (Adele) and Ann Hill (Jack); his great-nieces, Anne, Emily, Sophia and Ana; Lucy and James.
