He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Owens; his sons, Harvey Paul Owens III (Sherry), Tim Owens (Donna), Caleb Owens (Rachel), Joshua Owens (Michelle) and Jacob Owens; his mother Wilma June Owens; and his sister Debbie Cable. He is also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends.
