He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Maude; and his siblings, Oliver Neal Stouder and Marilyn Beal. He is survived by: his wife Flora; his children, Kevin Stouder (Brandy) of Pleasant Plain and Lori Stouder of Blanchester; his grandchildren, Courtney Pittman (Austin), Brianna Stouder and Alison Stouder; and his great grandchildren, Ava Grace Neal and Everly Jean Pittman.
