She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Garr and Ina Garr (Ward); her husband Scott L. Sisi; and her siblings, Joyce Potter, Robert Garr, Jr. and Jerry Garr.

She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Lawson (Daniel); her granddaughter Gabriella Lawson; her sister Linda Mayne; and her brother-in-law Gary Sisi.
