He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Voorhees and Vondel Feltner (James Voorhees); his siblings, Deborah Windsor, Eugene Voorhees, James McClure and David Feltner; and his brother-in-law Fred Mathis.
He is survived by: his wife Tanya Voorhees; his sons, Rodger Ries (Dana) of Willard and Benjamin Voorhees (Tiffany) of Plymouth, OH; his stepchildren, Paul Breit of Warren, OH and Katie Smith of Ontario, OH; and his siblings, Patricia Mathis of Fremont, OH, Judy Govig (Mike) of Pikeville, TN, Vonda Feltner (Mike) of Willard, OH, Teresa Faircloth of Willard, OH, James Voorhees (Cindy) of Republic, OH, DanielVoorhees (Joanie) of Vermilion, OH, Bill Feltner of Columbus, OH and Terry Feltner (Sandy) of Willard, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
