He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Earl and Naomi Bernice Timmons (Hoyt); and his son Scott Michael Timmons. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie"; his brother Robert Timmons (Sue) of Bellevue, OH; and his sibling's children, Kenneth Timmons (Tabatha) and Pamela Timmons.
