She was predeceased by : her parents, Jason Beaverson and Nora Beaverson (Overy); her spouse Alva Ferree; and her sisters, Helen Roberts and Nellie Long.

She is survived by : her daughter Bonnie Bowersox (Daniel) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Kami Bowersox and Kelli Jo Litzinger (Chris) of Cincinnati; and her brothers, Emory, John, Merle and Burl Beaverson.
