She was predeceased by : her father John Charles Richards; her brother John Richards; and her great grandchild Christopher. She is survived by : her mother Frances Otha Loveday Richards; her children, Michael Howard Adkins of Portland, Thomas Dyer Adkins of Portland and Frances Lynn Adkins of Portland; her grandchildren, Michael Adkins, Jr., Kaylee, Dalton Hyde, Ashlynn Jane Adkins, Thomas Adkins, Jr. and Michelle Lynn Adkins; her siblings, Kathy Ray (Keith) of Newark, Barbara Alkire of Portland, Marjorie Richards of Newark and Frank Richards of Cleveland; and the father of her children Michael Dyer Adkins of Pomeroy. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
