He is survived by : his children, Lori Akhras of Columbus, Brandy Skaggs (Jeremy) of Sciotoville and Keith Brown of Ballard, UT; his siblings, Anthony Taylor of Cincinnati, James Taylor of Atlanta, Judith Jackson of Portsmouth, Donna of Portsmouth and Joan Taylor of Portsmouth; and his grandchildren, Hunter Bradley Akhras, Jeremy Skaggs, Jr. and Adrianne Skaggs.
