We bid farewell to Carmeta Twinam of Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 21, 2025 at the age of 56. Carmeta touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Carmeta may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carmeta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Cook and Maysel Cook (Hammonds). She is survived by: her husband Earl Twinam; her children, Earl Twinam, II (Tessa), Tommy Twinam (Jennifer) and Natashia Ford (Luke); and her sister Sherry Cook. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home (6710 Swauger Valley Rd, Minford, OH 45653). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
