She was predeceased by : her parents, Phoebe Siebert Conkel and Happy Hearts; her husband Ancel "Hank" Rule; her son Tim Conkel; and her brothers, Ray Conkel and Bill Conkel.
She is survived by : her children, Ancel Rule, Rusty Rule, Cyndi Wasson and Jerri Livingston; her siblings, Roseanne Carter and Clarence Conkel (Sandy); and her sisters-in-law, Donna Conkel and Mary Conkel. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
