It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean Rowe of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Jean Rowe to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Margaret Gleim Rowe and Reed Palmer Rowe of Sciotoville; her great-nephew Scott Brennan Morgan; and her friend Ina Jane Bowen of Portsmouth. She is survived by: her brother Robert; her sister-in-law Darlene Rowe of Huntsville; her sibling's children, Sheri Morgan, Lisa East (Jeff) of Huntsville and Scott Mays of Wheelersburg; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew Reed Morgan, Benjamin Blake East, Austin Cory East, Collin Daniel East, Stephanie Grace Morgan and Shelby Nicole East.
