We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 63, Earl Howard Jr. of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Howard and Mary Louise Howard (Tewalt); and his siblings, Jimmy Howard and Mary Jane Howard. He is survived by : his former life partner Sue Howard; his children, Vincent Herman Jr. of New Boston, Travis Herman (Chelsea Meadows) of Portsmouth and Myranda Herman of Portsmouth; his siblings, Donald Howard, Lundy Howard of Pickaway County, Bobby Howard of Portsmouth, Billy Howard of Pickaway County and Terry Howard of West Portsmouth; and his grandchildren, Vinnie Herman III, Tristan Pennington, Mariauna Collins, Ryder Collins, Oakley Herman and Violet Meadows.
