She is survived by: her children, Richard David Fowler and Vanessa Fowler; and her siblings, Leroy Swords, Randy Swords, Herman Swords, Gerald Swords, Clayton Swords, Rick Swords, Jeff Swords, Frankie Piatt, Nancy Scarberry, Regina Carter, Roxanne Porter, Vivian Foster, Tammy Crabtree, Corita Barley and Letitia Swords. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
