He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Gilliam and Kathryn Gilliam; and his wife Linda Lou Gilliam. He is survived by : his children, James Gilliam Jr. of South Shore, KY, Scott Gilliam (Lisa) of Greenup, KY, Brian Gilliam (Amanda) of South Shore, KY and Amanda Gilliam of South Shore, KY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four brothers and two sisters.
