With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Sue Slack of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Perry Ray and Francis Jane Munion (Neal); her daughter Kathryn Slack; her siblings, Perry Ray Woodrow and Barbara Pierce; her nephew Joseph Pierce; and her niece Samantha Pierce.

She is survived by : her husband Scott Slack of Portsmouth; her daughters, Vanessa Slack (Shane Thomas) of Portsmouth and Kristin Slack of New Boston; her brother Dwayne "Bub" Woodrow (Stephanie) of Franklin Furnace; Justin (Santana) Woodrow, Jozi (Jeffery) Murphy and her grandchildren, Tiana, Tamya, Alanna, Maddilynn, Danelle, Bradlee and Shane.
