With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Jane Lyons of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Linda Jane departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Linda Jane may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Linda Jane leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lyons and Patricia Crawford Lyons; and her brothers, Larry Lyons and Jimmy Lyons. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Crowe of Portsmouth, OH and Shannon Wheeler (Greg) of Nicholasville, KY; her sister Susan Smith (Dennis) of Maineville, OH; and her grandchildren, Carley Lynn Wheeler, Maxwell James Wheeler, Hayden Jane Wheeler and Behr Patrick Wheeler.
