He is survived by: his siblings, Kiz Rush (Dan) of Powhatan Point and Tyler Ramsey (Kim) of Virginia Beach; his siblings' children, Jacob Ramsey (Karen Simonic) of Virginia Beach, Zoe Bruce (Tristan) of Virginia Beach, Joshua Ramsey (Lauren Acosta) of Virginia Beach and Katelyn Ramsey (Jamie Rivera) of Virginia Beach; and his uncle Eugene Van Dyne (Patty) of Beallsville. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Powhatan Point Public Library, P.O. Box 129, Powhatan Point, OH 43942.
